# Folkestone Fog Factory

> An art movement of one, in Folkestone. Pure expression and experimentation: a laboratory.

The Folkestone Fog Factory is Tom Robinson's art side: pure expression and experimentation. It's a laboratory, not a portfolio.

Analog video fed back into itself and performed live. Early AI image-making from the first weeks of Stable Diffusion. Film photography. Concepts for nights out on a cruise ship that never sails. Every piece is kept, numbered and catalogued, with the prompt or recipe that made it.

Come and look, get inspired, and plug in.

**Plug in.** Do you want to come and plug in and play? We're here for you. What do you need? Talk to us.

7 galleries, 8,429 catalogued pieces and 4 films. Every piece has an FFF number such as FFF\ESD\GT\095: gallery, collection, piece. Cite it, and use it to ask about a print.

- For agents (everything here as one page): /agents/
- Catalogue as JSON: /catalogue.json (each gallery links to its full list: every piece, its prompt, recipe and date; never the seed)
- Plug in, ask, or sign up: POST JSON to /api/hello with email (required), name, message, kind (signup | enquiry | commission | print | agent), about (an FFF number), on_behalf_of. GET it for the details.

## What we do
- Commissions and collaborations: Bring a brief, a problem or a half-formed idea. We'll experiment with you.
- Analog video and live visuals: Feedback, kaleidoscopes and hardware signal chains, performed live or made into films. (see The Tree of Life)
- AI image-making and world-building: Image series, storyboards and whole invented worlds, with the prompts kept. (see Paradigm 13)
- Events and shows: Concepts, worlds and projected visuals for nights out. (see FFF Cruises: Voyage 01)
- Prints: Most pictures in the galleries can be printed. Ask about a print by its FFF number.
